Just prior to moving into our 1983 vintage home in Belmont, my husband and I hired Terry to replace ALL of the flooring in the 3700 square foot house. Even with the challenge of working long distance (we were coming from the Chicago area), Terry dealt with our project expertly by providing me with all the details necessary to make great product choices. They took the time to measure not just once, but twice, and spent quite a bit of time speaking with me on the telephone and e-mailing me, in order to ensure we were happy with our flooring choices.
